1.   Onion Tomato  Chutney

Ginger.                1 piece.     Tamarind.              1 ball
Red chilli.           8+2.            Pottu kadala.        1+1 tsp
Cashew nuts.    1 tbsp.       Urad dal.                 1 tsp
Mustard.            1/2 tsp
Coconut oil, curry leaves, salt, water as needed

Wheat flour.                            2 1/2 cups
Onion.                1.              Carrot.                 1
Green chilli.       1.             Red chilli pdr.      1 tsp
Salt, water , Curry leaves as needed
