Red chilli. 2. Mustard. 1/2 tsp
Cardamom. 4. Cloves. 5
Ginger (piece). 1. Garlic. 7
Cinnamon (piece)1. Thakkolam. 2 pod
Red chilli powder 1 tsp. Coconut. 1/2 cup
Turmeric powder. 3/4 tsp
Pepper powder. 1 pinch
Coriander powder. 1 tbsp
Fennel seeds powder. 1 tsp
Salt, Coconut oil, curry leaves, water, as needed
