Ingredients for Varutharacha Nadan Ayala Curry
Ayala (Mackerel fish) 1/2 kg.     Red chilli.            3
Coconut.                      3/4 cup.    Fenugreek.        1/2 tsp
Brindle berry.               1 piece.    Mustard.             1/2 tsp
Shallots.                       6.               Tomato.              1
Ginger.                          1 piece.    Green chilli.        3
Turmeric powder.                        1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder.                        1 1/4 tbsp
Coriander powder.                      3/4 tbsp
Salt, Coconut oil, Curry leaves as needed
