Padavalanga.                 1 piece
Bengal gram flour.        1/4 cup
Rice flour.                        1/2 cup
Turmeric powder.          1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder.          1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste.       1 tsp
Curry leaves.                   3 pods
Garam masala.              1 tsp
Salt, Coconut oil, Water as needed
