Ingredients for Aval Sharkara Payasam
Aval.                                       100 g
Jaggery.                                225 g
Coconut pieces.                   4 tbsp
Coconut Milk 1st.                 1 1/2 cup
Coconut Milk 2nd.                5 cups
Cashew nuts.                        15
Cardamom powder.             1 tsp
Sago.                                       2 tbsp
Dry Ginger.                              1/2 tsp
Water as needed
